Our software also tracks total cost of repairs, estimated cost of repairs, maintenance and repair history, total downtime on a monthly basis, and a complete listing of all parts previously installed on a vehicle. • Standardizing preventative maintenance for all vehicles regardless of manufacturer and model is costly and sometimes harmful. Every vehicle is different, and so are maintenance requirements. To date, we are the only known provider to offer maintenance plans for fleets broken down into requirements given by the manufacturer of each vehicle. Other companies standardize maintenance plans under the guise of "simplicity", but what it really translates to is wasted time and money. 

• Over-maintaining vehicles can be costly, and sometimes harmful to the overall life expectancy of the vehicle. Especially applicable to heavy duty trucks, not following manufacturer's recommendations for maintenance can lead to excessive downtime, accelerated wear to the powertrain, and decreased resale value after retirement from your fleet. Other fleet management providers don't have the ability to provide individualized care to fleet vehicles on a case-by-case basis, but we do. We strive to provide all necessary services to ensure the number of contractors needed to maintain your fleet stays as low as possible...ideally, just one! Any service we cannot provide for your fleet, we make-up for with our extensive network of partnerships. If we need to rely on one of our partners for service on one of your vehicles, we handle the entire process from start to finish. Just a few of our services offered include:

• Generalized Automotive Repair including larger, more extensive repairs such as engine and transmission rebuilding and replacement. 

• Outfitting services for emergency and public service vehicles. This includes installation of emergency lighting, siren and public address systems, interior customization solutions, communications services for two-way radios, mobile and body-worn camera systems, and integration with license plate readers. Our complete list is much more extensive, and subject to change with our constantly growing team of experts. 

• Management of fleet inventory and streamline of new vehicle ordering processes. We utilize maintenance data, including cost, to advise you when it's time to retire a unit. Before a unit is retired, we will make our recommendations on a replacement and ensure the availability of your new vehicle prior to the retirement of it's predecessor. 

Emergency Roadside Assistance

IYour fleet is covered 24/7, 365 days per year with Leolite Outfitters. Whether a vehicle is immobile due to mechanical issues, body damage, or lock-out, a tow service is always on stand-by to provide transport to our location for repairs. For repairs that can be completed on-site, we utilize a fully-stocked service truck driven by on-call technicians. Whenever possible, we will opt to perform on-site repairs and return your vehicle to service within hours of a reported deficiency. 

Management of Assets

We offer management services of your fleet-related assets, including after retirement from use in the fleet. After a vehicle is retired, we will coordinate with you to obtain expected resale values prior to organizing for the vehicle to be sold by your preferred methods. For municipal or government contracts, we work with public auction houses to ensure the timely sale of your vehicles while following any guidelines you may be required by higher entities to follow.
